Healthcare professionals are expected to perform at a high level every day, often while navigating increasing workloads, staffing challenges, emotional demands, and constant interruptions.
This interactive 1.5 Category A CE course explores burnout through the lens of neuroscience and provides practical, evidence-informed techniques that can be used in less than a minute during a busy workday.
Together, we will examine how chronic stress affects cognitive performance, physical energy, emotional resilience, and social capacity. Participants will learn simple nervous system regulation tools designed to help restore focus, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being both inside and outside the workplace.
This course combines engaging discussion, guided practice, reflection activities, and a relaxing watercolor experience designed to encourage intentional pause and restoration.
