Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Welcome to Radiant Light Learning, LLC.

These Terms & Conditions apply when you use our website, make a purchase, register for an event or course, access educational or digital content, or use a Radiant Light Learning service.

By completing a purchase or registration or accessing a paid service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional policies or requirements that apply to that offering.

Please review the applicable information before purchasing or registering. If you have questions, we welcome you to contact us before completing your purchase.

Our Services

Radiant Light Learning provides educational programs, continuing education, events, wellness experiences, consulting, digital content, and related services.

Specific offerings may have their own eligibility requirements, schedules, prices, participation requirements, or policies. These will be identified on the applicable webpage, registration page, purchase page, or related materials.

Purchases & Registrations

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making a purchase or registering for a course, event, or service.

Before completing a purchase, please review the applicable description, date, time, location, eligibility requirements, price, and policies.

A registration or purchase is considered complete after payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.

Prices and availability may change for future purchases. We may correct inadvertent pricing, scheduling, or description errors when necessary.

Event Registrations

In-person and live events may have limited capacity, minimum attendance requirements, registration deadlines, arrival requirements, transfer restrictions, or other event-specific conditions.

Event registrations are subject to our Event Policies, including policies regarding refunds, cancellations, ticket transfers, no-shows, late arrivals, weather, and event changes.

Additional requirements listed on an individual event page also apply to that event.

Continuing Education

Some Radiant Light Learning activities offer continuing education credit.

Continuing education credit is awarded to eligible participants who successfully complete the requirements established for the activity. Depending on the offering, these requirements may include attendance, participation, completion of educational content, an evaluation, assessment, or other requirements identified before or during the activity.

Registration or payment alone does not constitute completion of a continuing education activity.

Continuing education activities may also be subject to our Continuing Education Policies and requirements established by the organization approving or recognizing the activity.

Radiant Light Learning will accurately identify the continuing education approval or recognition associated with an activity. Participants are responsible for determining whether an activity satisfies the requirements of their employer, licensing authority, certification organization, or jurisdiction.

Educational Information

Our educational content is intended for education and professional development.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information. However, educational materials do not replace applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, manufacturer instructions, employer policies, clinical judgment, or other authoritative requirements.

Participants remain responsible for practicing within their professional scope and following the requirements applicable to their workplace, credential, license, and jurisdiction.

Wellness Experiences

Sound baths, meditation, breathwork, relaxation experiences, and other wellness offerings are intended for general wellness and educational purposes.

They are not medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for care from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Participation is voluntary. Participants are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for them and for communicating relevant accessibility needs or concerns before participating.

Consulting, Tutoring & Individual Services

Consulting, tutoring, educational support, and other individualized services may have additional scheduling, cancellation, payment, or service terms provided when the service is booked.

Educational and consulting services are intended to provide instruction, guidance, or support. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Radiant Light Learning does not guarantee examination scores, certification results, academic outcomes, employment outcomes, business results, or other specific results.

Our Content & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original content created by Radiant Light Learning, including course materials, presentations, videos, audio recordings, graphics, worksheets, activities, event materials, written content, digital evidence, and other original materials, is owned by Radiant Light Learning or used with appropriate permission.

Purchasing or accessing our content gives you a limited right to use that content for its intended personal or professional learning purpose. Ownership of the content is not transferred to you.

Unless we have provided written permission, Radiant Light Learning materials may not be copied, reproduced, published, sold, redistributed, uploaded, substantially recorded, or used to create another commercial product or educational program.

Digital Content, QR Codes & Access Links

Some courses, events, or experiences may use QR codes, access links, digital files, passwords, or other restricted materials.

These materials are provided only to the registered participant or authorized attendee for the purpose for which they were issued.

Restricted links, QR codes, passwords, course access, paid digital materials, or event content may not be shared with individuals who have not purchased or otherwise been authorized to access them.

Access may be limited by time, event, course, or participant when stated as part of the offering.

We may restrict or revoke access when restricted content is intentionally shared, reproduced, distributed, or accessed in violation of these Terms.

Photography & Recording

Participants may not record, livestream, reproduce, or distribute substantial portions of a course, presentation, sound bath, interactive experience, or other Radiant Light Learning program without prior permission.

Individual events may have additional photography or recording guidelines.

If Radiant Light Learning plans to photograph or record attendees for promotional or other purposes, notice or consent will be provided when appropriate or required.

Respectful Participation

Radiant Light Learning is committed to providing welcoming and respectful experiences.

Participants are expected to interact appropriately with other guests, instructors, facilitators, venue staff, and event partners.

We reserve the right to refuse continued participation or remove an individual from an event or activity when reasonably necessary because of threatening, harassing, discriminatory, dangerous, substantially disruptive, or unlawful behavior.

Removal for inappropriate conduct does not qualify for a refund.

Alcohol at Events

Some events may take place at licensed venues where alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, alcohol service is provided and controlled by the licensed venue or alcohol service provider rather than Radiant Light Learning.

Participants are responsible for their own alcohol consumption, behavior, and transportation and must comply with venue policies and applicable laws.

Accessibility

Radiant Light Learning is committed to creating accessible and inclusive educational and event experiences.

If you need an accommodation or have an accessibility question, please contact us as early as reasonably possible so we can discuss available options.

Some events take place at independently operated venues. When applicable, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate and coordinate accessibility needs with those venues.

Third-Party Services & Venues

Radiant Light Learning may use or link to third-party services such as payment processors, learning platforms, venues, technology providers, or other service providers.

Those businesses operate independently and may maintain their own terms, privacy policies, accessibility practices, and operating requirements.

While we choose our service providers and event partners with care, Radiant Light Learning does not control the independent operations of third parties.

Availability & Technical Issues

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website and digital services available and functioning properly.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, internet outages, third-party service disruptions, technical problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a significant technical problem prevents us from delivering a purchased digital product, course, or service as described, please contact us so we can work toward an appropriate resolution.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Radiant Light Learning is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, content, events, or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit a right, remedy, or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Radiant Light Learning collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information.

By using our website or services, you acknowledge that personal information will be handled as described in the applicable Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as our services, technology, or legal obligations change.

The current version will be posted on our website with its effective date.

Updates apply prospectively and will not retroactively change the terms of a completed purchase where prohibited by applicable law.
