A Sound Bath & Guided Reflection

There is something surprisingly freeing about discovering your voice in a space where no one is performing and everyone belongs.

Join us for an evening of guided breath work, gentle vocal toning, and a restorative crystal singing bowl sound bath that is balanced with digital soundscapes. Together, we'll explore the calming rhythm of intentional breathing and the simple practice of humming or creating a comfortable tone on each exhale. There is no right note to find and nothing to perform. Your voice becomes another tool for slowing down, releasing tension, and settling into the present moment.

As your breath softens and the room fills with sound, your own voice will gradually give way to the soothing resonance of the crystal singing bowls & digital soundscapes, inviting you into an hour of quiet reflection and deep relaxation.

After a brief period of guided breathwork and vocal toning, you'll be invited to settle into a restorative crystal singing bowl sound bath, allowing the sounds around you to gently carry you into relaxation.

What to Bring

Please bring anything that helps you feel comfortable while lying or sitting on the floor.

Suggested items include:

• Yoga mat or camping pad

• Blanket

• Pillow

• Eye mask (optional)

• Water bottle

• Comfortable clothing

• Warm socks or layers if you tend to get chilly

Floor space is available for everyone. If you prefer, you're welcome to bring a zero gravity chair or other comfortable chair.

What to Expect

• Time to simply rest and relax

No meditation or musical experience is necessary. Participation in every activity is optional, and you're encouraged to listen to your body throughout the experience.

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in all activities associated with the sound bath, guided breathwork, and vocal toning. You assume full responsibility for your participation and any associated risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless AvaBellas Brow & Skincare Studio, Radiant Light Learning, LLC, and their owners, employees, volunteers, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your participation in this event.

If you have any medical concerns, are pregnant, or have a condition that may be affected by breathwork or sound, please consult your healthcare provider before participating and modify or discontinue participation as needed.

By completing your ticket purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this waiver.
