Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: October 1, 2026
Our Commitment to Accessibility
Radiant Light Learning, LLC is committed to creating educational content, digital experiences, and in-person events that are welcoming and accessible to as many people as reasonably possible.
Accessibility is an ongoing practice. We work to consider accessibility when designing our website, educational materials, continuing education activities, digital content, and event experiences, and we welcome feedback when something can be improved.
Website & Digital Accessibility
Radiant Light Learning strives to design and maintain digital content with recognized accessibility practices in mind, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
Our efforts may include:
Using clear headings and logical content structure
Maintaining readable text and appropriate color contrast
Providing alternative text for meaningful images when appropriate
Using descriptive links and labels
Supporting keyboard-friendly navigation when available
Providing captions, transcripts, or other alternatives for applicable multimedia content when appropriate
Designing educational materials with readability and accessibility in mind
Avoiding unnecessary reliance on color alone to communicate important information
Because our website and digital services may use third-party platforms, tools, embedded content, or integrations, some accessibility features may depend on technology outside Radiant Light Learning's direct control.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please let us know so we can work with you to identify an appropriate solution whenever reasonably possible.
Courses & Continuing Education
We strive to make our educational programs and continuing education materials accessible to participants with a range of needs.
If you need an accommodation to participate in a course or continuing education activity, please contact us as early as reasonably possible. Advance notice gives us the best opportunity to understand your needs and arrange an appropriate accommodation.
When possible, accommodations may include alternative formats, accessible digital materials, captioning, adjustments to participation methods, or other reasonable modifications appropriate to the activity.
Accommodation requests will not affect a participant's eligibility for continuing education credit as long as the essential completion requirements of the educational activity are met.
In-Person Events
Radiant Light Learning hosts events in a variety of locations, including independently operated restaurants, studios, event spaces, and other venues.
We consider accessibility when selecting and planning event spaces whenever reasonably possible. However, because many venues are operated by third parties, certain physical or environmental features may be outside our direct control.
If you have questions about physical access, seating, mobility, sensory considerations, communication access, or another accessibility need, please contact us before registering or as early as possible before the event.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide information about the venue and coordinate appropriate accommodations with the venue when possible.
Wellness Experiences
Sound baths, meditation, breathwork, and other wellness experiences may traditionally be offered using floor mats, seated positions, closed eyes, quiet environments, or other common practices.
These are not intended to create unnecessary barriers to participation.
When appropriate for the experience, participants may request or use alternative positioning, seating, mobility supports, or other reasonable modifications. For example, participation in a sound bath does not necessarily require lying on the floor if another comfortable and appropriate position is needed.
Please contact us if you would like to discuss accessibility before attending a wellness experience.
Third-Party Platforms & Services
Radiant Light Learning uses third-party services to support portions of our website, courses, registration, payments, communications, events, and digital content.
While we aim to select services that support accessible experiences, we cannot directly control every accessibility feature of independently operated platforms or services.
If a third-party tool creates a barrier to accessing a Radiant Light Learning product or service, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to identify an alternative way to provide access when possible.
Requesting an Accommodation
You do not need to provide unnecessary personal or medical information when contacting us about accessibility.
Please tell us what barrier you are experiencing or what accommodation would help you participate. We may ask questions necessary to understand the request and determine an appropriate solution.
We encourage accommodation requests as early as reasonably possible, particularly for live events or services involving third-party venues. We will still consider requests made closer to an event or activity whenever reasonably possible.
Feedback
Accessibility is an ongoing process, and feedback helps us identify barriers we may not have encountered.
If you experience difficulty accessing our website, educational materials, courses, events, or services, or if you have a suggestion for improving accessibility, we welcome you to contact us.
Please include information about the page, material, course, event, or service involved and a brief description of the accessibility barrier you encountered. This will help us understand and respond to the issue.
Contact Us
For accessibility questions, accommodation requests, or accessibility feedback, please contact Radiant Light Learning using the contact information provided on our website.
We will make reasonable efforts to respond and work toward an accessible solution.
