The full day experience includes both Sunrise Within and Sunset Within, offering a complete arc of intention and release.
Begin your day with clarity and grounding, and return in the evening to unwind and let go. Together, these sessions create a rhythm of reset that supports both activation and restoration.
What to expect
You will be guided into a comfortable resting position, lying down or seated, as sound gently builds and carries you through a one hour immersive experiences at each event.What to bring
Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
Blanket and pillow for support
