Sunrise Within is a morning sound bath experience designed to gently guide you into your day with clarity, presence, and grounded energy.
This session focuses on opening the body and mind through sound and stillness. As you rest comfortably, layered tones from crystal singing bowls and digital soundscapes create a calm and supportive environment for quiet awareness.
This is a space to begin again. To settle the nervous system. To create a soft and intentional start to your day.
What to expect
You will be guided into a comfortable resting position, lying down or seated, as sound gently builds and carries you through a one hour immersive experience.What to bring
Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
Blanket and pillow for support
Optional eye covering
