Event Description:
Sunset Within is an evening sound bath experience designed to support release, unwinding, and transition out of the day.

This session creates space to let go of physical tension, mental noise, and accumulated stress. Through layered sound and gentle immersion, participants are guided into a state of rest and reflection.

This is a space to soften. To release what no longer serves you. To close the day with intention and calm.

  • What to expect
    You will be guided into a comfortable resting position, lying down or seated, as sound gently builds and carries you through a one hour immersive experience.

  • What to bring
    Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
    Blanket and pillow for support
    Optional eye covering
    Water
